All intellectual property components on the websites www.asd-int.com and www.soposting-worker.com and www.asdgroupcustoms.com, including but not limited to, the logos, texts, brands, videos and photographs are owned by ASD FRANCE and may not be reproduced.

Accessing the websites does not grant the user any right to the intellectual property rights related to these websites, which shall remain under the exclusive ownership of ASD FRANCE.

Any total or partial reproduction, representation, modification, exploitation, transmission, publication, or adaptation of ASD’s intellectual property rights (including those of any company in the ASD Group in general) without prior permission, on any medium whatsoever and by any means whatsoever, including, but not limited to, all or part of ASD’s name, website, image and/or logo shall result in a flat-rate penalty of FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,000) EUROS.

The user of the website undertakes not to impersonate any ASD entity or use the name of any ASD officer and/or the postal address of an ASD entity in any administrative documents used by the user without their prior consent. Otherwise, the ASD Group shall apply a flat-rate penalty to the user of FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,000) EUROS.

The ASD group cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent or incorrect use by an unauthorised third party of ASD France’s name, or that of any subsidiary of the ASD group, or of any of the information, images, icons, sounds, videos, or software contained on the websites or the ASD Group’s official documents.
